I foresee the possibility that this world is linked to ours. Perhaps a time of cultural flowhad happened, that the humans here in Enprise did not arise from this plane but came from elsewhere. These things in common would have come from that migration.

It feels rather strange to experience it with something not his hands, but it's a curious sensation nevertheless. There's a pause here while he reconfigures his internal structure to be capable of swallowing.
Then, magic may be an aspect of this world, not the people who came to it. In my land, this was the case. Magic use was only developed after humans settled down.

Not in that specific fashion, no. I am a person who does not express emotions easily. I find things intriguing, I can appreciate wordplay and jokes, but I do not laugh.
[ She can be thankful for that at least. Though it only leaves her feelings still jumbled up inside, a tangle of threads that will need some tending to... even if she keeps putting it off. ]
